Procon overrides maplist.txt BF4

Everything runs fine and all until i restart the server, then procon all of a sudden returns maplist to the "default" one.

 

Notice that this happens in procon, and not in clanforge maplist. So now the server runs the "default" maplist in procon instead of the one i made. This means i have to remake the maplist in procon everytime i restart the server.

 

I'm not that good, but i never had this problem before. And i had a BF3 server wich never did this. I want the maplist i make in procon to be saved wheter or not i restart the server.

 

Solutions?

Whenever you restart your server and and the maplist changes. you can load your custom maplist back with ingame command provided with UMM plugin. What host are you using. It may be that their control panel is over riding your maplist on restart.

I think you need to be running on R3 for this to work, but I am not 100% sure

that's a dice fix waiting to happen. Browse thru the servers - 99% are listed as Custom, the other 1% are Normal.

lol, you can set up a server as Official or Ranked - and it can be either Normal or Custom - what a hoot :P

Do as Lukas says in the post above, and it will run with the settings you want it to run.

 

(this is nothing to do with Procon, its part of the gameserver itself)
