When I launch Procon, after accepting the terms I get this error message

Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

Access to the path 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\PRoCon.xml' is denied.

I can post the "details" button text later if anyone needs it.

When I try to close Procon, I get another error message:

(same paragraph about unhandled exception)

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I would suggest re-downloading procon. Nothing in the application should be looking at system32.

This error happened twice on two different PCs, I'll try reinstalling but I think it will break after a short time

Apart from running it under a system account as a service or some other strange thing, I cant think of a circumstance where the xml file would be created any where except where you unzipped and ran procon from.
