Adkats settings help PLEASE

On adkats, is there a way to put a permission (allow/deny) on an external player command. 

For example, we want to give !votekick to VIPs only, and since adkats does not have that specific command in it, we have to use a different plugin. In adkats, there is a setting to add an external player/admin command, and my question is if we can add that !votekick command in that setting and specifically allow only the VIP group to use it?

I sugest to create a ROLE setings for those players.

On our server, i made 4 admin groups ,defined from trainee to full admin groups.

where trainee only can kill and mute, and full groups can almost do anything.

No AdKats cannot control this. The external commands are just for the !help command. It displays them if you type !help...

Does the votekick plugin support smth like: require reserved slot?

Otherwise, there is not any possibility to do this without changing the code of the votekick plugin.

Unfortunately none of the plugins have those options.

Any chance adkats would add support for a votekick and voteban options?
