Thanks The teamspeak team messed up and ignored the query_ip_whitelist.txt, so the plugin will always time-out. However, also, they changed how the server handles query clients flooding, so the plugin doesn't handle those errors properly. 3.0.1 works as intended, 3.0.3 may work, but might have odd issues, if the client ends up getting banned.
