Update:

It's been busy for me lately and I'm stuck without internet. I should be able to look at some bugs this weekend if I can get unpacked and setup.

 

As for the invalid server ip and port, make sure you are using the server ip and query port. If you've checked that, make sure the box the TeamSpeak 3 sever is on has the necessary ports opened and forwarded. Also, if your Procon instance is running in sandbox mode, you'll need to add your Teamspeak 3 server's ip to the allowed hosts list. See the instructions on how to do that.

PRoCon Setup:

Teamspeak 3 Sync doesn't need any special setup out-of-the-box unless PRoCon is running in a sandbox. You can check whether PRoCon is running in a sandbox and add exceptions for Teamspeak 3 Sync by following the steps outlined below:

[-] Start PRoCon, go to Tools > Options.

[-] Under the Plugins tab, check if the drop-down is set to "Run plugins in a sandbox (recommended)."

[-] If it is, add your Teamspeak 3 Server's IP and Query Port to the Trusted Domains.

I can't remember the setting name exactly, but you should be able to add a list of channels that the plugin is allowed to pull players from. It will only place you back in the staging channel once done, though.

First off, for each server, a seperate instance of the plugin should be running (4 different server connections).

 

Setup the plugin so team swapping is turned off. Set the staging channel to the server you want it to be (BF1, 2, 3, 4, etc). Add the channels you want the plugin to pull people from using the setting I mentioned a post or two ago.

 

Rinse and repeat for each server.

Since this is happening often, I'll need one more piece of information. Under the debugging section in the plugin settings, please turn on networking debugging. This will contain a lot of useless information, but it is imperative that I have this in order to trouble shoot your problem.

 

You can make your life easier by turning on plugin console logging, which will save the plugin console's text to a file. You can then send that file to me after you see the problem again. PM or here is fine, just be sure to remove sensitive information if you post it here.

Ok thanks let me know how it goes. right now I have it to where the lobby is the Staging channel so it will not grab anyone out of it thats not in the server, hopefully you can get this fixed.

It seems my post was eaten by the forum move-overs. The flood banning logic was never perfect, unfortunately. However, GameServers did not add the proper IP to the whitelist if you're still getting flood banned.

EDIT: Well.. just realized Delayed Queries was set to false. Swapped it to True and set it to 1000. See how that does.

Yes. Just like every other plugin, procon must be running for this plugin to work.

 

Also, the delayed queries will only increase the time between when you're banned, unfortunately. It doesn't work entirely.

According to a post over on Teamspeak's forums:

SERVERINSTANCE_SERVERQUERY_FLOOD_COMMANDS

SERVERINSTANCE_SERVERQUERY_FLOOD_TIME

Per default, the TeamSpeak 3 Server will not allow more than 10 commands within 3 seconds from the same source.

You'll need to ask your GSP what these settings are so you can modify the delay accordingly. There's nothing else I can really do.

I'm not sure of what you're trying to accomplish here, but you could set the public channel as the staging channel and add the private channel as a pickup channel.

That would be fairly simple. I'll see about it.

      Changes to US-East:

If you currently have servers in this location you will be migrated over to the new provider. We'll have more details when the time comes closer to January.       I wanted to give an update to how EZRCON is doing. As of today we have 56 active customers using the services offered. I'm glad its doing so well and it hasn't been 1 year yet. To those that have services with EZRCON, I hope the service is doing well and if not please let us know so that we can improve it where possible. We've done quite a few changes behind the scenes to improve the performance hopefully. 

      We'll be launching a new location for hosting procon layers in either Los Angeles, USA or Chicago, IL. Still being decided on where the placement should be but these two locations are not set in stone yet. We would like to get feedback on where we should have a new location for hosting the Procon Layers, which you can do by replying to this topic. A poll will be created where people can vote on which location they would like to see.

      We're also looking for some suggestions on what else you would like to see for hosting provider options. So please let us know your thoughts on this matter.

    • I wanted I let you know that I am starting to build out the foundation for the hosting services that I talked about here. The pricing model I was originally going for wasn't going to be suitable for how I want to build it. So instead I decided to offer each service as it's own product instead of a package deal. In the future, hopefully, I will be able to do this and offer discounts to those that choose it.

      Here is how the pricing is laid out for each service as well as information about each. This is as of 7/12/2020.

      Single MySQL database (up to 30 GB) is $10 USD per month.



      If you go over the 30 GB usage for the database then each additional gigabyte is charged at $0.10 USD each billing cycle. If you're under 30GB you don't need to worry about this.


      Databases are replicated across 3 zones (regions) for redundancy. One (1) on the east coast of the USA, One (1) in Frankfurt, and One (1) in Singapore. Depending on the demand, this would grow to more regions.


      Databases will also be backed up daily and retained for 7 days.




      Procon Layer will be $2 USD per month.


      Each layer will only allow one (1) game server connection. The reason behind this is for performance.


      Each layer will also come with all available plugins installed by default. This is to help facilitate faster deployments and get you up and running quickly.


      Each layer will automatically restart if Procon crashes. 


      Each layer will also automatically restart daily at midnight to make sure it stays in tip-top shape.


      Custom plugins can be installed by submitting a support ticket.




      Battlefield Admin Control Panel (BFACP) will be $5 USD per month


      As I am still working on building version 3 of the software, I will be installing the last version I did. Once I complete version 3 it will automatically be upgraded for you.





      All these services will be managed by me so you don't have to worry about the technical side of things to get up and going.

    • I have pushed out a new minor release which updates the geodata pull (flags in the playerlisting). This should be way more accurate now. As always, please let me know if any problems show up.
