Nice Webstats there! :biggrin: Will Dr4k3 release this to the public? I'm sure he's still working on more details for it, right? I also suggest a chat message search function if he does not already have that in mind. :smile:

Your error is not caused by the plugin.

The odbc driver is not installed or not configured on you procon server or layer.

So I have to install the ODBC driver on my Procon Layer? Is this something I can do myself?

When I submitted a ticket to GameServers, they told me it wasn't supported. I have FTP access to my Procon layer.

Help is appreciated. I have all the other pieces in play. Thanks,

You mysql Server address is wrong.

@GhostSheets

you cant install this drive over ftp you need to ask you hoster. But so far i know gameserver.com will not install this driver.

So in short, If your servers are hosted on GameServers.com you can't use this plugin. Right?

I have rechecked this time issue it.

The playtime is calculated correctly.

In version 1.0.0.x Anyway i didnt make any changes to way playtime is calculated.

Testdata:

Playered from 13:46:10 - 13:55:04 --> 534 seconds

My Playtime in DB: 491111 seconds

New Playtime now is 491645 seconds

So everything is fine here.

Keep in mind that the Score per minute is allways lower than in battlelog due because those bonus points for medals and ribbons are not transmitted via rcon.

i'm using a crude PHP script to calc player rank, but its very very slow.

is there a fastest way to calc player rank using PHP .

thanks

to help you i need to know your scenario

Do you want to calcualte the rank for one player or du you want to have something like to Top10 players.

The next version will add a new column which contains the rank, so no calculation are needed anymore in future.

but i have worked it out. i think this is the best way :-

function P_rank ($n) {

$RN = 0;

$playerstats_query = "SELECT * FROM tbl_playerstats ORDER BY Score DESC";

$playerstats_result = mysql_query($playerstats_query);

while($playerstats_row = mysql_fetch_array($playerstats_result))

{

$Stats2ID = $playerstats_row['StatsID'];

$RN= $RN +1;

if ($n == $Stats2ID) { break; }

}

return $RN;

}

Select * is always bad

Also your code will return wrong results

try this query:

Code:

SELECT pd.SoldierName,y.Score, y.Kills, y.Deaths, y.Suicide, y.TKs, y.rank, (SELECT CountPlayers FROM tbl_server_stats WHERE ServerID = 2) allrank ,y.Playtime, y.Headshots, y.Rounds, y.Killstreak, y.Deathstreak
								FROM (SELECT(@num := @num+1) rank, sp.PlayerID, ps.Score, ps.Kills, ps.Deaths, ps.Suicide, ps.TKs, ps.Playtime, ps.Headshots, ps.Rounds, ps.Killstreak, ps.Deathstreak
                      FROM tbl_playerstats ps
                      STRAIGHT_JOIN tbl_server_player sp ON sp.StatsID = ps.StatsID ,(SELECT @num := 0) x
                      WHERE sp.ServerID = 2
                      ORDER BY Score DESC) y
INNER JOIN tbl_playerdata pd ON y.PlayerID = pd.PlayerID
WHERE pd.SoldierName = "_I_XpKiller_I_"
Note: remove all unneed columns to speed up the query.

Anyway in the next version this will be much simpler

I willl add a new column to tbl_playerstats or a new table which holds the rank.

then the query looks different but it runs much faster

Maybe like this:

Code:

SELECT tpd.SoldierName, tr.Rank
FROM tbl_ranking tr
INNER JOIN tbl_server_player tsp ON tsp.StatsID = tr.StatsID
INNER JOIN tbl_playerdata tpd ON tsp.PlayerID = tpd.PlayerID
WHERE tsp.ServerID = 2 AND tpd.Soldiername = 'Bonebreak3r'

Got exactly the same problem. Configured everything. But once i enable it: Boom procon layer crashes... Anything that i might have done wrong?

That happens to me if I don't have the connection to the database setup properly. Where is the database and where is procon being hosted - is the ODBC driver installed?
