What kinda debugg you need?

Everything else seems to work fine now. Just needed to confirm each point i wanted corrected.

The problem is, i never get moved, and if I try to move myself, it moves me to battlefield 3 stagning.

I did some checking, and I change "players not playing" to False, It works.

Also, both server are set up with different query usernames to connect to Teamspeak 3. I thought that might work. And it did not. So, any thought on what I could do?

Finn, I'm going to change some logic in the next release to try and combat this. Just hang tight for now.

Please add it to your whitelist, or, use delayed queries-delayed queries doesn't always solve the problem, however.

About the best I can give you on this one is being able to join a channel without being kicked out-when not playing the game. The client whitelist already handles this. If you wish to talk to somebody in another game channel while playing the game, consider setting up a whisper list or pulling them out to another channel.

0.9.5.5 -> 0.9.6

  • Fixed some issues concerning new Teamspeak 3 server releases.
  • Added some logic to attempt to fix a swapping issue.
  • Added the ability to allow Teamspeak 3 Sync to pull clients from channels other than the Staging channel into the Plugin's Team and Squad channels.
  • Added the ability to leave a player in the team channel (versus a squad channel) if there is less than a specified amount of players in the player's squad that are also on Teamspeak.
  • Added the ability to move players to the staging channels between rounds for inter-team chat.

I read in this thread quite some time ago that a new release of Teamspeak caused trouble because the IP whitelist (teamspeak's whitelist) was being ignored.

I'm pretty sure I ran into this problem myself with our setup. Since then I've basically just left the plugin disabled and haven't really tried to get it going again.

My question is...Has the most recent releases of Teamspeak brought everything back into "proper working order" again?

I did try just reactiating the plugin (without updating it, or checking settings, or much of anything else) and the plugin disables itself almost instantly. I am just wondering what the situation is before I decide to spend time (or not) messing with it again. What versions of Teamspeak works and what versions don't? Or have I misread the situation?

Thanks.

Hi guys,

I have a noob question. I host Procon instances and have been trying to get the TS3 synch to run on a customers server for most of the day now. Here's what I've done / tried thus far

1) I've deleted all files associated with the TS3 synch,

2) Stopped both the layers and the actual instance on the server.

3) Started it up again and made sure there's no TS3 Synch related files on either the server on my local where I run a layer.

However, when I click on Packages it shows the plugin as installed. I even deleted all the servers I had running on my local layer and re-added just the one server. It then shows as not installed, however when I click in stall it says the plugin is already installed. I've now run out of ideas on what to try. Would anyone be willing to part with some wisdom?

I think you have to look in the procon.cfg or whatever the .cfg file is called and remove any lines related to the plugin.

Done that, still have the same problem.

Whether a package is installed or not is controlled via the "packages/.xml" file. Delete this, and Procon will think the plugin is not installed, whether the plugin is in the Plugins folder or not. This only affects the package tab. If you manually place the plugin in the Plugins folder, it will still work and show up under the plugins tab.

PM me your TS info and a time you'd like to meet up. If I'm available, I'll let you know.

Hi Wish,

If you're getting banned from Teamspeak, then you have not entered the correct IP of your Procon Layer. If your Procon Layer and Teamspeak 3 server are on the same machine, then make sure to add "localhost" or "127.0.0.1" to the whitelist, if you use one of those methods to connect to your Teamspeak 3 server.

192.168.1.100

20.113.10.191

I think it's called... query_ip_whitelist.txt

It is possible for server 1 and server 2 to be put into different channels, both servers have there own Procon running.

So for example

Server 1 - TS3/Server1/TeamX channel

Server 2 - TS3/Server2/TeamX channel

TeamX meaning the team they are on.

Also will this plugin create the TeamX channel, or will I need to create them first
