You should only need one login.

[Error] Make sure your 'Server Ip' and "Query Port' are correct.
[Error] -4: An error occured when trying to establish a connection.
I know it says what's wrong... but here is my issue. I have the server IP in (without the port) and then the port number in where it says Server Port. I have done two different tries with the Query Port. I left it with the default, failed. Tried again with the Query Port that Gameservers had given to me, failed.

What's wrong? Can anyone help me with this, please?

If I had to take a guess, I would say your procon provider is probably blocking ports other than game ports.

If i set only one login it goes a bit mad and send players to all different main channels

but if i set a query for each server it works fine for a while then just stops saying the user/password is wrong ..

driving me nuts TBH

I'm not certain, but creating more than one server query login may cause old logins to expire. Either way, I'd like to look at your setup if you'd let me. I personally use the same login for 3 different servers and it works just fine.

And if it "just stops working", I'd also like to know what the error message is when it stops.

The plugin doesn't care. However, the computer the plugin is running on has a good chance to be configured differently so that it may cause the plugin to not work out of the box ( especially true if your layer was bought from a procon hosting service ). Read my directions in the first post of this thread for codification. If those directions don't work, then you'll need to contact your host.

[15:19:42] Ts3 Sync: [Error] An error occurred during moving a client to a team channel.

[15:19:42] Ts3 Sync: [Error] 770: already member of channel

This indicates that between the time the command was issued internally and when the command was sent to Teamspeak 3, the client actually moved to the channel we were going to move him to. Whether he moved himself, was moved by an admin, or moved by a server query login, we don't know. All we know is that the client was already in the channel we tried to move him to. It won't stop swapping clients if it sees this error; it will simply make a note that the client is already in the channel and move on.

[15:38:27] Ts3 Sync: [Error] Minor Error - Update Teamspeak Information:

[15:38:27] Ts3 Sync: [Error] An error occurred during obtaining an Advanced Client Information.

[15:38:27] Ts3 Sync: [Error] 512: invalid clientID

This means, between the time the client list was obtained and when individual client information commands are sent, which contains their IP, the client is no longer in the server. This will also not stop swapping people.

Everything looks in order here.

Having a second client connected to Teamspeak 3 might confuse Teamspeak 3 Sync, but the worst thing that would happen would be it would swap the wrong client around. For example, on an update, it may match Client A to Player A and move him to the correct channel. On another update, it may match Client B to Player A, which would cause Client A to be moved to the staging channel and Client B to be moved to the correct channel. This will not cause any problems for other clients. However, even if there are two clients with the same IP, it falls back to name matching. So if Client A has a name that's more closely related to Player A than Client B, then it should work properly.

What your problems sounds like is running two copies of Teamspeak 3 Sync at the same time. In this scenario, the timing of updates to Teamspeak 3 and the Game server might be slightly different, causing clients to be jumbled around, making it appear that the plugin is freaking out. You cannot run two copies at the same time for the same game server. It is possible to run multiple copies using the same Teamspeak 3 server, however, you must have different Team / Squad channels. You can share the staging channel.

I just jump in because I have a little problem :

When I start a game, it's fine, the plugin switches me to the right channel.

when the round ends, the plugins switches me to the stage channel, still fine.

but when the next round begins, the switch does't works :/

it seems that when I'm moved at the end of the round into the staging channel, TeamspeakSync does'nt detect the beginning of the new round playing. I tried to move to the other team but nothing more happens.

I have these channels :

- Salle commune (16405) (as staging channel)

- TeamspeakSync Team 1 (16514)

- TeamspeakSync Team 2 (16515)

- War room (15795) (as pickup channel)

and here are the logs (in this one I was previously into the Team 1 channel, but even if I start from pick up channel it ends the same : no more move after the end of the 1st round) :

This message suggests your threshold for splitting players into teams is too low. See the plugin details page about the Team Swapping related options.

What game are you running the plugin for?

The plugin watches for OnLevelLoaded and OnRoundEnded. With BF3, this isn't a problem. This might be an issue with BFBC2.

Then that's probably why. The intermission swapping feature wasn't tested on BFBC2. Console output (from the console tab) would be helpful in fixing this. Could you get the console output before, during, and after both a round end/round start and map end/map start?

It's hard to say from the output, but it looks like changing maps should cause the plugin to work.

@Imisnew2- Thank you for your reply. We are not running 2 diff teamspeaksyncs just 1. It does stall and it moves players into teams sometime based on a previous rounds distribution, then in about 6 minutes retries. Is there a specific debug mode that might lead me closer?

Do you still need the logs with filled server to have the events for maps/rounds end & start?

Nope. I'm good. Thanks, though.

This might be related to your specific game server setup. I'm afraid I'll have to ask you to wait or to try different settings on your own until I have time to investigate it further.

Now, what makes us different compared to other providers? Well, we're going with the idea of having a scaleable server hosting and providing more control in how you set up your server. For example, in Minecraft, you have the ability to control how many CPU cores you wish your server to have access to, how much RAM you want to use, how much disk space you want to use. This type of control can't be offered in a single service package so you're able to configure a custom package the way you want it.

You can see all the available games here. Currently, we have the following games available.

      Valheim (From $1.50 USD)

      Rust (From $3.20 USD)

      Minecraft (Basic) (From $4.00 USD)

Call of Duty 4X (From $7.00 USD)

      OpenTTD (From $4.00 USD)

      Squad (From $9.00 USD)

      Insurgency: Sandstorm (From $6.40 USD)

      Changes to US-East:

Starting in January 2022, we will be moving to a different provider that has better support, better infrastructure, and better connectivity. We've noticed that the connection/routes to this location are not ideal and it's been hard getting support to correct this. Our contract for our two servers ends in March/April respectively. If you currently have servers in this location you will be migrated over to the new provider. We'll have more details when the time comes closer to January. The new location for this change will be based out of Atlanta, GA. If you have any questions/concerns please open a ticket and we'll do our best to answer them.

    • Hello All,

I wanted to give an update to how EZRCON is doing. As of today we have 56 active customers using the services offered. I'm glad its doing so well and it hasn't been 1 year yet. To those that have services with EZRCON, I hope the service is doing well and if not please let us know so that we can improve it where possible. We've done quite a few changes behind the scenes to improve the performance hopefully.

We'll be launching a new location for hosting procon layers in either Los Angeles, USA or Chicago, IL. Still being decided on where the placement should be but these two locations are not set in stone yet. We would like to get feedback on where we should have a new location for hosting the Procon Layers, which you can do by replying to this topic. A poll will be created where people can vote on which location they would like to see.

We're also looking for some suggestions on what else you would like to see for hosting provider options. So please let us know your thoughts on this matter.

      Updated GeoIP database file

      Removed usage sending stats

If you are upgrading then you may need to add these two lines to your existing installation in the file procon.cfg. To enable these options just change False to True.

      procon.private.options.UseGeoIpFileOnly False
      procon.private.options.BlockRssFeedNews False

    • I wanted I let you know that I am starting to build out the foundation for the hosting services that I talked about here. The pricing model I was originally going for wasn't going to be suitable for how I want to build it. So instead I decided to offer each service as it's own product instead of a package deal. In the future, hopefully, I will be able to do this and offer discounts to those that choose it.

Here is how the pricing is laid out for each service as well as information about each. This is as of 7/12/2020.

Single MySQL database (up to 30 GB) is $10 USD per month.

If you go over the 30 GB usage for the database then each additional gigabyte is charged at $0.10 USD each billing cycle. If you're under 30GB you don't need to worry about this.

Databases are replicated across 3 zones (regions) for redundancy. One (1) on the east coast of the USA, One (1) in Frankfurt, and One (1) in Singapore. Depending on the demand, this would grow to more regions.

Databases will also be backed up daily and retained for 7 days.

Procon Layer will be $2 USD per month.

Each layer will only allow one (1) game server connection. The reason behind this is for performance.

Each layer will also come with all available plugins installed by default. This is to help facilitate faster deployments and get you up and running quickly.

Each layer will automatically restart if Procon crashes.

Each layer will also automatically restart daily at midnight to make sure it stays in tip-top shape.

Custom plugins can be installed by submitting a support ticket.

Battlefield Admin Control Panel (BFACP) will be $5 USD per month

As I am still working on building version 3 of the software, I will be installing the last version I did. Once I complete version 3 it will automatically be upgraded for you.

All these services will be managed by me so you don't have to worry about the technical side of things to get up and going.

If you would like to see how much it would cost for the services, I made a calculator that you can use. It can be found here https://ezrcon.com/calculator.html

    • I have pushed out a new minor release which updates the geodata pull (flags in the playerlisting). This should be way more accurate now. As always, please let me know if any problems show up.
