Have you looked at the console logs to see if the proper command is being sent and what the server's response is?

Well, yes and no. If the value shown there (200%/1600 tickets) is correct, then you should also check the console log to see if the command sent to the server matches this, and how the server responds.

And changed "Units used for ticket count" to percentage rather than actual tickets.

It's pretty out-of-date. I'm technically still around, but I haven't had time to update this plugin recently. I recommend using the "Percentage" setting for greatest compatibility.

As Falcon dosen't seem to be very active, I have added CTF support if it works like in BF3 and the new maps, I don't actually play BF4 so I sadly don't know how the tickets for Chian Link and Carrier Assault works so they're not supported by this version.
