This isn't really an error, more of a hint saying that Battlelog Cache can be used with this and other plugins, it is not required.

Oddly enough I did, and restarted the Procon server, then the whitelist was cleared.

I am getting banned because of the same error on almost any server I play on -.-

I am getting that same error on a new Layer I just rented with Nitrado, but not on the one with Gameservers. It looks to me like it could have something to do with the layer not having full privileges.
