I've tested on both BF3 and BF4, and fairly sure i've ironed out all the bugs.

EDIT: the playername wich stand again and again in chat for kicking missingping plays commander via tablet!

Zaeed, how about just ignoring ping for any non-player Type? Who cares if a Commander or Spectator has high ping?

Don't we get pings for tablet commanders, I thought it was just the PB info?

 

I wasn't aware of that sorry.

 

Ignoring them does seem like the best option.

 

I'll pop that in and push another update. Might try and get the timespan stuff working also

No, it is not everytime. It happens the first time I enter the server after activating it. After that initial kick, it seems to happen the first time I enter the server for the day and every third or fourth entry after that.

You need to install it on the server hosting procon, not your local computer.

Correct, it seems it takes a short while for the server to figure out your ping.

 

I put a check in for at least 3 missing pings before doing anything. I suspect though that there may be cases where some plugins are spamming the listPlayers event, which is injecting multiple pings into my function, and thus giving a false representation of a players actual ping. I may have to put some extra protection around that.

They had been in there for awhile too, no adkats running (seems to be the question asked) running on a parent layer haven't been game to try it on all our BF4 servers.

yeah, it seemed that it was grabbing a null ping from listPlayers every now and then, which was causing the player dump. Fixed it though :-)

I have already tried it, but i can´t see the Manager in the Layer ! Something I'm doing wrong ! :sad:

did you put the .inc file in the plugin folder, and the .cs files in the game folders?
