AdKats references the tbl_playerdata table and the tbl_servers table. Once you drop or empty those tables then records, bans, etc.. that use that information will be deleted.

The stats logger isn't fully compatible for hardline. It doesn't parse the stats correctly so hardline stats won't be accurate. However it will still add players and a few other things just fine.

I don't want to hound anyone, but has anyone figured anything out above the problem I have? (I quoted my last post).

The BFHL.def file is packed with weapons and also as stated the keyword list is edited.

The keyword list is just for player friendliness when they go to type in something like "!stats jury". They player has no idea that the weapon is actually stored and retrieved as U_Jury410 so that keyword list acts as the middleman.

 

As far as weapons not being tracked, are you sure all the weapons are in your BFHL.def file? Double check with the ones you are seeing that aren't having their kills being recorded and such.

I hope these are the correct lines in the file :P

I was just wondering if there might be an update to this problem? Do you think this will fix itself with time or must something be done? From what I can guess, the plugin is not reading the BFHL.def file correctly; or am I way off now? :P

 

I don't understand the coding at all and I'm very pleased with what you've developed but if you have any thoughts in regards to the problem then I would greatly appreciate it! :smile:

It's no problem.

 

Either wait a few hours for it to fix itself, or empty the `tyger_stats_top_twenty_cache` table in your database.

The thing you are seeing is just the cached players on the first page. Apparently, when you first viewed that page, there were only 2 players in the database. Now, you have to wait for the next cache update to find the other 18 players on the first page, or empty the `tyger_stats_top_twenty_cache` table.

I have the Procon address added onto my web-server to allow connection do I need to send me web-servers address to gameservers.com to get them to allow Procon to trust this address. Sandbox is disabled mate yes so plugins have full control.

No, I mean in Procon, you need to add your database's address as a trusted connection. Procon won't connect to the database until you tell procon that you trust the database's address.

 

Procon -> Tools -> Options... -> Plugins (tab)

1) Plugin Security: Run plugins with no restrictions (you already did this_)

2) Outgoing Connections: Add trusted Host/Domain and Port (add the address of your database/webserver)

 

 

If you are using a Procon Layer server, this needs to be done on your procon layer server (not the local Procon application on your computer). If you are using a Procon layer server, doing the above changes on your local procon application will make no difference. If you need help doing this on your procon layer server, ask your layer server provider.

It's not a game server issue. It's a layer server issue. Your procon layer server needs that setting changed. It's not a game server issue. It's a layer server issue. Your procon layer server needs that setting changed. I understand that it is the same company. But please don't confuse the names. The game server is on a different computer than the layer server. You need to make sure that you contact the people who control the layer servers. If you just tell them that you need help with your "game server", they will have no idea what you are talking about and won't be able to help you.

The easiest method to save stats from a specific range is to rent a new layer server and have a second version of the plugin running on the second layer server which is saving to a different database.

Awesome, so basically for my server messages all I do is add them to the list and put ID_CHAT_.* before them

and they will not show in the chat log. Good stuff man thanks.

      Changes to US-East:

      Starting in January 2022, we will be moving to a different provider that has better support, better infrastructure, and better connectivity. We've noticed that the connection/routes to this location are not ideal and it's been hard getting support to correct this. Our contract for our two servers ends in March/April respectively. If you currently have servers in this location you will be migrated over to the new provider. We'll have more details when the time comes closer to January. The new location for this change will be based out of Atlanta, GA. If you have any questions/concerns please open a ticket and we'll do our best to answer them.

      I wanted to give an update to how EZRCON is doing. As of today we have 56 active customers using the services offered. I'm glad its doing so well and it hasn't been 1 year yet. To those that have services with EZRCON, I hope the service is doing well and if not please let us know so that we can improve it where possible. We've done quite a few changes behind the scenes to improve the performance hopefully. 

      We'll be launching a new location for hosting procon layers in either Los Angeles, USA or Chicago, IL. Still being decided on where the placement should be but these two locations are not set in stone yet. We would like to get feedback on where we should have a new location for hosting the Procon Layers, which you can do by replying to this topic. A poll will be created where people can vote on which location they would like to see.

      We're also looking for some suggestions on what else you would like to see for hosting provider options. So please let us know your thoughts on this matter.

    • I wanted I let you know that I am starting to build out the foundation for the hosting services that I talked about here. The pricing model I was originally going for wasn't going to be suitable for how I want to build it. So instead I decided to offer each service as it's own product instead of a package deal. In the future, hopefully, I will be able to do this and offer discounts to those that choose it.

      Here is how the pricing is laid out for each service as well as information about each. This is as of 7/12/2020.

      Single MySQL database (up to 30 GB) is $10 USD per month.



      If you go over the 30 GB usage for the database then each additional gigabyte is charged at $0.10 USD each billing cycle. If you're under 30GB you don't need to worry about this.


      Databases are replicated across 3 zones (regions) for redundancy. One (1) on the east coast of the USA, One (1) in Frankfurt, and One (1) in Singapore. Depending on the demand, this would grow to more regions.


      Databases will also be backed up daily and retained for 7 days.




      Procon Layer will be $2 USD per month.


      Each layer will only allow one (1) game server connection. The reason behind this is for performance.


      Each layer will also come with all available plugins installed by default. This is to help facilitate faster deployments and get you up and running quickly.


      Each layer will automatically restart if Procon crashes. 


      Each layer will also automatically restart daily at midnight to make sure it stays in tip-top shape.


      Custom plugins can be installed by submitting a support ticket.




      Battlefield Admin Control Panel (BFACP) will be $5 USD per month


      As I am still working on building version 3 of the software, I will be installing the last version I did. Once I complete version 3 it will automatically be upgraded for you.





      All these services will be managed by me so you don't have to worry about the technical side of things to get up and going.

    • I have pushed out a new minor release which updates the geodata pull (flags in the playerlisting). This should be way more accurate now. As always, please let me know if any problems show up.
