Advanced In-Game Admin and Ban Enforcer - AdKats

If you've been banned from a server then you will need to appeal the ban with the owners/community of that server. We do not control any bans done on servers that utilize AdKats as all bans are local to that server.

You have the setting enabled in section 12 that requires use of pre-messages. Turn that off.

Battlelog has changed the request frequency required to be temp-banned from service access, but I'm not sure what the change they made actually is. We are seeing this same issue on our servers as well, but I was recently able to mitigate it.

 

On your multiplay layer run the /pupdate command to grab the latest version of AdKats then reboot your layer. After about 24 hours let me know if the problem has been mitigated.

 

When battlelog connections are severed none of the anti-cheat systems in AdKats can function.

Looks like it is on start up, only recent changes were I enabled B27-3 TS Player Monitor which seems to work OK but there is one channel it will not pick up (all permissions same) Any ideas?

Wow, you guys rebooted your layers in the 5 minutes that version was live. The error you are seeing was fixed minutes after it was injected, please update to the latest test version.

The limit in the latest version has been changed to 24 requests per minute and that seems to be enough for now. I don't see a good way to remove any of the requests required without trashing some significant portions of the anti-cheat functionality, especially in the LIVE system.

 

After adding the LRT request patches I've managed to get that plugin down to 10-20 requests per minute depending on player rotation, which is a reduction of about 60%. However, that's only possible because I'm ignoring players who have had a clean loadout for a while and only check them periodically after that. This means there are gaps in the enforcement if a clean player decides to spawn with a bad loadout after that. I will be adding a high request volume setting for those with lower population servers that can handle it and for servers running special rules like tournaments to ensure nobody is slipping by.

Just because a feature is asked for doesn't mean it can or will be implemented. The very nature of that system is for those wanting to prevent team stacking regardless of clan tags. If you are not using it to do that, i would suggest simply turning it off. It is not meant to be a replacement for balancers, only a supplement to multibalancer.

Localization has been discussed but the extent to which it should be implemented has not. If you want localization added there is already a ticket open for it but it has not been fulfilled or flushed out in terms of functionality.

Please either comment back on that new one with the desired functionality or open a new one specifically for the spambot. Once the design is decided we can move forward with funding/implementing it.

EDIT: re-entering trigger worked

Take note that since your triggers were not there for a while you will have an imbalance between records and punishment points. This means if you ever delete records for a player they will have negative infraction points.

I did your delete SQL query first before setup first so should their still be an imbalance?

Oh, but you still wiped everyone's punishment records? That doesn't actually reduce infraction points if the triggers aren't online.

 

Run these and you'll be golden:

 

DELETE FROM `adkats_records_main` WHERE `command_type` = 9 OR `command_type` = 10;

TRUNCATE `adkats_infractions_global`;

TRUNCATE `adkats_infractions_server`;
