You must be doing something wrong. I just downloaded the zip in the first post and confirmed that it is indeed 1.3.2.5. Ensure that you are overwriting any old files and restarting PRoCon after you update.

The plugin will always set the server size to max between rounds, or when maps are changed. This is temporary, and it should change back to your desired setting shortly. If not, just restart the map again (if no one is on your server, of course).

There was a problem with the game servers that if you tried to increase the number of slots once a map started, new players that tried to join would get stuck in a black screen. As a work around, this plugin always starts a new map at the maximum size you set, it then resizes it down to where you want it to be for the number of players currently in the server. That way it can increase the slots without the black screen problem

 

If you have a 64 slot server, set the max to 64. Keep in mind there is also a bug that will not properly display the actual server size in Procon. For example if you have a 64 slot server and you have a Rush map, which is suppose to only be 32 slots, Procon is never going to show the server size to be larger than 32 with that map in the lineup. Battlelog will show the true server size - so always check that

Yeah. I can implement that.

 

For others having problems, I need plugin logs and PRoCon logs in order to help you. Without logs, there's not much I can do, especially when no one else is reporting the same issue.

Yes, whatever value you have set for 0 players is what it will show when your server is empty. In this case, you would set it to 32.

Very well thanks u falcon, but i don't know one thing and if it depends on the plugin, can i limit the players squads of my SQDM? and how to do it (if i can)? every time the squads are formed from 8 players and some times if the server is not all full there are squads with 8 players but also squad with 2-3 players....(if u need this informations i got also your UMM plugin) :smile:

The size of the squads is based upon the server size when the round starts divided by 4. Due to the way the plugin works, squads will always be 8 if your max server size is 32. If you disabled the plugin and set the server size at 20, the squads would be size 5, or if it was 24, the squads would be size 6. There's currently no setting or plugin that keeps the squads even, though.

so,let me understand better...what i have to modify to have each squad of 5 or 6 players? Size with 0 players or? Thank u...

It's not possible with the plugin running. You would have to turn off the plugin and set the server size to 20 or 24.

oh damn... :/ so....thank you for yout patience...i have a request, a feature for the next release if it is considered useful...when enabled the idle kick and when it kick someone is it possible to write in the chat that person has been kicked for idle ? or write it into a txt file in our layer... Thank u :smile:

No. The idle kick is done by the server, not by the plugin.

Are you referring to the server size shown in PRoCon or Battlelog? The size in PRoCon is bugged and should always be ignored. If you believe the Battlelog size is wrong, turn on debug messages for both plugins, enabled logging, and follow the directions in the Support section of the first post.

No idea, but I'd say this has nothing to do with PRoCon or any specific plugins. It's either a bug in the game client or it's a conflict with whatever overlay you're using for CPU/FPS.

You don't need any plugins in order to play 64-player Rush. Just put Rush maps in the list and set the server size to 64. PRoCon will say the size is 32, but this is false. Always look at what Battlelog says for server size, not PRoCon.

      Changes to US-East:

If you currently have servers in this location you will be migrated over to the new provider. We'll have more details when the time comes closer to January.       I wanted to give an update to how EZRCON is doing. As of today we have 56 active customers using the services offered. I'm glad its doing so well and it hasn't been 1 year yet. To those that have services with EZRCON, I hope the service is doing well and if not please let us know so that we can improve it where possible. We've done quite a few changes behind the scenes to improve the performance hopefully. 

      We'll be launching a new location for hosting procon layers in either Los Angeles, USA or Chicago, IL. Still being decided on where the placement should be but these two locations are not set in stone yet. We would like to get feedback on where we should have a new location for hosting the Procon Layers, which you can do by replying to this topic. A poll will be created where people can vote on which location they would like to see.

      We're also looking for some suggestions on what else you would like to see for hosting provider options. So please let us know your thoughts on this matter.

    • I wanted I let you know that I am starting to build out the foundation for the hosting services that I talked about here. The pricing model I was originally going for wasn't going to be suitable for how I want to build it. So instead I decided to offer each service as it's own product instead of a package deal. In the future, hopefully, I will be able to do this and offer discounts to those that choose it.

      Here is how the pricing is laid out for each service as well as information about each. This is as of 7/12/2020.

      Single MySQL database (up to 30 GB) is $10 USD per month.



      If you go over the 30 GB usage for the database then each additional gigabyte is charged at $0.10 USD each billing cycle. If you're under 30GB you don't need to worry about this.


      Databases are replicated across 3 zones (regions) for redundancy. One (1) on the east coast of the USA, One (1) in Frankfurt, and One (1) in Singapore. Depending on the demand, this would grow to more regions.


      Databases will also be backed up daily and retained for 7 days.




      Procon Layer will be $2 USD per month.


      Each layer will only allow one (1) game server connection. The reason behind this is for performance.


      Each layer will also come with all available plugins installed by default. This is to help facilitate faster deployments and get you up and running quickly.


      Each layer will automatically restart if Procon crashes. 


      Each layer will also automatically restart daily at midnight to make sure it stays in tip-top shape.


      Custom plugins can be installed by submitting a support ticket.




      Battlefield Admin Control Panel (BFACP) will be $5 USD per month


      As I am still working on building version 3 of the software, I will be installing the last version I did. Once I complete version 3 it will automatically be upgraded for you.





      All these services will be managed by me so you don't have to worry about the technical side of things to get up and going.

    • I have pushed out a new minor release which updates the geodata pull (flags in the playerlisting). This should be way more accurate now. As always, please let me know if any problems show up.
