Correct, all access given through AdKats is independent of procon's user system. However, there is a stability update in 4.0 for database comms, so i would suggest waiting until that comes out to remove layer access.

Don't think about dumping anything unless we are sure things work, remember this is a test version, there a bound to be problems with it until testing is complete. I think i forgot to add the email function to the @admin command, i'll fix that. Also fixed that other error display, nothing major.

1. Which version are you running? It should be 3.7.0.1 or 3.7.0.2, no major differences between them.

2. I need details on the issue to pinpoint your particular problem. Have you tried banning yourself and then attempting to enter the server?

We use the test Version 3.9.9.6

 

and i had tryed to ban a guy out of our Community he wasent in the Tabels ore somthing.

I tryed to Temp Ban him and yea the ban was uploadet but doesent enforced.

 

I know it is the test version i try to find out the faults

Alright well at least i know you're on the test version now, gotta tell me details. PM me read-only credentials to your database and the name of the player you banned. I'll try to find the issue.

My Problem was that AdKats dosent enforced any bans from the Database.

I fixed your bans so that they were enforced...your database was not in strict mode, so that means it will never throw an error for enum mismatch. AdKats would have detected the error if your database was in strict mode, but there was no error sent back.

 

Install the patch i'm posting in a few minutes to fix other bugs.

AdKats just disappeared from both my servers, after several restarts of my procon layer, same thing...

Your bans were injected into the database with no ban_status. AdKats checks for bans being "Active" so none of them were enforced. Try the new version and see if that fixes your problem.

The current one with the names not showing and bans not searchable? I've edited that post, new AdKats not showing on my procon list, wth?

 

EDIT: I think this version is buggered somehow, I've restarted my layer about 6 times now, maybe a re upload?

Just tried the current download in both my normal and dev environments and it runs... not sure what is happening on your end. What does it say in the console when loading the plugins?

I don't don't know what to tell you it just isn't showing up, what can cause this? Console looks ok form what I can tell but AdKats isn't there at all in the list? Take a look if you can you still have access...

 

 

All my plugins are showing and running as normal except yours, so can you repost for me the older 3.9.9.6? I over wrote it with this one...

My rcon host server? It's hosted by a another user who has a VDS at NFO, not sure what the setup is, what does this have to do with it anyhow?

 

All I know is all of your beta releases, every plugin I have had has had no issues until your latest beta release. Every release, I copy over, over write old one, restart layer and bam all good. If I seem irritable I am, but not about this so much as I am with NFO and their s**t servers in Chicago, massive DDoS attack tonight around 9pm MST.

Make sure your procon plugin logs are turned on and try again. There has to be a compilation error logged in there. Check the plugin logs and send me what you find.
