This is what I have for 46 players, CQL, 1000 tickets so far.

 

Problems; Moving people around at the end of the game. I have that set to Stop, and it is supposed to stop at 250 tickets anyway.

It is moving same clan in a squad. That is set to not do that?

 

As for the 32 man, change the numbers from 46 to 32 and change the numbers from 30/16 to like 20/12. That's what I had and it was fine.

Disperse Evenly By Clan = 6? I just set this to = 0

 

If this is what you are speaking of; the guy that set it up said this stops 6 clan members with the same tag from steamrolling the server. What he is saying here is that it is only allowing 5 of the same tag on one team. What was happening was you'd have 7-8 guys in the same clan jump in on one team and steamroll the server and then players leave.

 

I turned off unstacking and the teams were so not fair. With it on, it keeps the games and averages very close. When half the team is camping the uncap, then I can see why the teams are getting "unbalanced" as they say.

 

What is this Top Player Monitor?

 

Sorry man. I've been waiting for over a month now for someone to just set this MB up for us. It's just trial and error.

You can't just expect someone to do it for you, just give answers to questions.

hmm, github still say's 1.1.5.0

I'm seeing 1.1.6.0 on Github now.

Version 1.1.6.0 adds new gamemodes:

1. GunMaster (BF4)

2. Bounty Hunter (Hardline)

Set your Debug to 4 and it will tell you what it's doing. Mine flashed upgrade info to me and I just re-downloaded it.

So it seems that if you turn off unstacking, it doesn't move people around so much.

 

I have my unstack set to: Early 0,120,0 / Mid 0,120,0 / Late 0,0,0

I have my balance set to: Early Fast, Fast, Fast / Mid Fast, Adaptive, Adaptive / Late Stop, Stop, Stop

 

It is also set to stop working at 250 tickets, but ..... last night, 4 rounds, right at the end of the game (80 tickets left) it started moving people around? I don't get it. Now, the instructions that Cleaner gave me about the AdKats, I did that and I don't know if that is causing this, but I don't want it to be moving players around at the end of the game. I do feel this plugin might need to be looked at about these issues. It also only works when someone dies. If no one dies on the team that's stacked, it's not going to move anyone anyway. I have unstack turned on, because balancer only evens the player slots, it doesn't look at skill level or SPM or KDR. I would rather it even the game by skill not by number IMO. I've had 4 people check my settings and they all say it looks great, but players are still raging ...

Thank you for your reply. I would suggest you modify this forum post heading to show the newer version. As it is now, it reads:

I haven't seen the Author reply in a while.

 

I have a quick question on these settings:

Max Unstacking Swaps Per Round: 6

Number Of Swaps Per Group: 2

Delay Seconds Between Swap Groups: 300

 

The total number of swaps allowed in a round is 6. That means at most 12 players will be moved, 6 weak and 6 strong.

 

Each time unstacking is detected, 2 swaps will be done (total of 4 moves), up to the maximum of 6 -- the 2 swaps form a group.

 

After a group of swaps is completed, if unstacking is still needed, at least 5 minutes (300 seconds) must elapse before the next group of swaps is attempted, again, up to a maximum of 6 swaps.

 

So at time 10:00, Group 1 of swaps is done:

 

Swap #1: Strong1 to losing team, Weak1 to winning team

Swap #2: Strong2 to losing team, Weak2 to winning team

 

Unstacking is still needed, so 5 minutes later at 10:05, Group 2 of swaps is done:

 

Swap #3: Strong3 to losing team, Weak3 to winning team

Swap #4: Strong4 to losing team, Weak4 to winning team

 

Unstacking is still needed, so 5 minutes later at 10:10, Group 3 of swaps is done:

 

Swap #5: Strong5 to losing team, Weak5 to winning team

Swap #6: Strong6 to losing team, Weak6 to winning team

 

Unstacking is still needed, but unfortunately, the maximum number of swaps (6) has been done already, so no more swaps may be done for the rest of the round.

 

 

Ok, mine is set to

Max Unstacking Swaps Per Round: 4

Number Of Swaps Per Group: 1

Delay Seconds Between Swap Groups: 300

 

 

Could this be why people are getting moved around so much? Most and really only complaints I'm STILL getting is,

"hey man I just got all the flags and then it moves me? Hey man it moved me out of my squad but I'm on the same team still....wtf is going on? Or I get this server's balancing sucks. I have followed ALL of the instructions given back to me on this plugin. Seems no one has a great CQL 46 man 1000 ticket setting for me. Is it best to just use the Scrambler and turn off all the rest of this plugin?

 

Note, I also have AdKats doing it's thing. It is set to monitor top player - not sure what this does actually, so I'm guessing to just turn off MB?

I did advise him that this is called balance/scramble. This is getting to be a pain. Trueblancer just wasn't doing it for us. Is there another alternative other than MB?

What you consider end of the match isn't end of the match to most people. 250 tickets left out of 1000 is the end to most players. Change your late phase to 500 tickets from the end and see how that goes.

There are usually two different commands, move and force move, usually dubbed move/fmove. Force move moves them instantly, while normal move only moves them if they are dead, or in AdKats' case it queues them to move once they die.

      Changes to US-East:

If you currently have servers in this location you will be migrated over to the new provider. We'll have more details when the time comes closer to January.       I wanted to give an update to how EZRCON is doing. As of today we have 56 active customers using the services offered. I'm glad its doing so well and it hasn't been 1 year yet. To those that have services with EZRCON, I hope the service is doing well and if not please let us know so that we can improve it where possible. We've done quite a few changes behind the scenes to improve the performance hopefully. 

      We'll be launching a new location for hosting procon layers in either Los Angeles, USA or Chicago, IL. Still being decided on where the placement should be but these two locations are not set in stone yet. We would like to get feedback on where we should have a new location for hosting the Procon Layers, which you can do by replying to this topic. A poll will be created where people can vote on which location they would like to see.

      We're also looking for some suggestions on what else you would like to see for hosting provider options. So please let us know your thoughts on this matter.

    • I wanted I let you know that I am starting to build out the foundation for the hosting services that I talked about here. The pricing model I was originally going for wasn't going to be suitable for how I want to build it. So instead I decided to offer each service as it's own product instead of a package deal. In the future, hopefully, I will be able to do this and offer discounts to those that choose it.

      Here is how the pricing is laid out for each service as well as information about each. This is as of 7/12/2020.

      Single MySQL database (up to 30 GB) is $10 USD per month.



      If you go over the 30 GB usage for the database then each additional gigabyte is charged at $0.10 USD each billing cycle. If you're under 30GB you don't need to worry about this.


      Databases are replicated across 3 zones (regions) for redundancy. One (1) on the east coast of the USA, One (1) in Frankfurt, and One (1) in Singapore. Depending on the demand, this would grow to more regions.


      Databases will also be backed up daily and retained for 7 days.




      Procon Layer will be $2 USD per month.


      Each layer will only allow one (1) game server connection. The reason behind this is for performance.


      Each layer will also come with all available plugins installed by default. This is to help facilitate faster deployments and get you up and running quickly.


      Each layer will automatically restart if Procon crashes. 


      Each layer will also automatically restart daily at midnight to make sure it stays in tip-top shape.


      Custom plugins can be installed by submitting a support ticket.




      Battlefield Admin Control Panel (BFACP) will be $5 USD per month


      As I am still working on building version 3 of the software, I will be installing the last version I did. Once I complete version 3 it will automatically be upgraded for you.





      All these services will be managed by me so you don't have to worry about the technical side of things to get up and going.

    • I have pushed out a new minor release which updates the geodata pull (flags in the playerlisting). This should be way more accurate now. As always, please let me know if any problems show up.
