I *think* all the spaces are bad. You originally had a space after the semicolon (';') before 'PlayerCount', but then you edited your post. So I think that was part of the problem. I think the other problem is all your line breaks. I do not think you can have empty lines without getting error messages. Empty lines should at least have a hash mark ('#') in them. Also, I don't think you can have text after 'Kill'. If you want text, you should use a 'PlayerSay' command before the kill command.
