It was like that for bf3 anyway. I did make a rule up that a player would get punished for suiciding once they were disabled and couldn't do anything so the other player didn't get the kill. The problem is no matter how I change the way the rule triggers it is still going to fire often when there are a lot of players on so the procon chat window will still be spammed a lot with the black text. Even if its just 1 line it can still be a bit of an eye sore. All i need to know is that players are getting the messages and that's it really.
